    @drumpredator1 its how the heads get put on. The rim will be low if they put on and cranked tight the top head before the bottom head was put on and tightened. to get a good balance of rim on both sides of the drum (what i do) you put both heads on lose then tighten back and fourth untill desired level

    @tenordrummerrrr It’s called band camp tan. Or in this case, hundreds of hours of marching and playing in the hot sun.

    @DrmrGuy1979
    Our drumline tried tracking to it. Didn’t end well. Had to end up doing a changestep after the first few bars

    @oniperson The beginning (when everybody starts playing) might be kinda tricky at first, but then again you play to your feet, right?

    I hear alot of background bass-drum playing, and it sounds sloppy, especially when the snare and tenors arent playing. Is that intentional?

  46. TacoOnABoat

    20. Apr, 2011

    @killx5 if they really were, i kinda see josh as a bass drummer, not so much a tenor/quad player…altho i can definitely see drake on snare, thats for sure

    I remember when drumline used to be fun like that. Don’t ever lose that feeling.
